Foundation
Establishment of Parth Plastic Industries

Parth Plastic Industries was founded by Mr. Ketan Parsaniya and Mr. Mohan Parsaniya with the vision of providing innovative flow control solutions within a 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Ahmedabad, addressing corrosion challenges in the valve industry. The company specializes in designing and developing thermoplastic valves tailored for chemical industry applications.

Launch of the Orange Handle Design

After extensive market research and a thorough analysis of operational challenges in valve systems within the chemical industry, Parth Group introduced the distinctive Orange Handle design to set its products apart and establish a strong presence in the market.

Collaboration
Partnership with Mahakali Engineering Works

Recognizing the broader vision and commitment to quality, Mahakali Engineering Works—founded by Mr. Mohan Parsaniya and a pioneer in its field—the company began collaborating with Parth Group as an Extended Production Unit.

Advancement
Introduction of Butt-Fusion & Socket-Fusion Fittings

After successfully capturing a significant share of the valve industry market, Mr. Ketan Parsaniya established SimTech India, Bhabha Techno Plast, and Shreenath Techno to launch his own range of engineering plastic butt-fusion and socket-fusion fittings.

Achievement of Key Milestone for the “Parth” Brand.

In 2004, following the highly successful launch of its thermoplastic fittings, Parth Group expanded its capabilities to offer complete package solutions across various industries—including chemical, ETP, STP, pharmaceuticals and Nuclear Power Plants, a true pride of India.

Expansion
Founding Aerochem Piping Pvt. Ltd.

Aerochem Piping Pvt. Ltd. was established by Mr. Ketan Parsaniya in a 16,200 sq. ft. facility to offer turnkey solutions to Parth Group’s clients and the Government of India by manufacturing a wide range of thermoplastic pipes, including HDPE, PP, and MDPE pipes.

Acquisition
Formation of Parth Poly Valves through Acquisition

In 2009, Parth Plastic Industries acquired SimTech India, Bhabha Techno Plast, and Shreenath Techno. As a pioneering brand across multiple sectors, Parth Plastic Industries was later fully merged into Parth Poly Valves Pvt. Ltd.—also led by Mr. Ketan Parsaniya—to streamline operations under a corporate structure while maintaining the same high standards of quality and management.

Modernization
Adoption of Electrofusion Technology

Parth Group placed an order for Gujarat’s first-ever electrofusion wire-laying machine, featuring patented technology from London.

2015
Growth
Expansion with Parth Poly Valves Pvt. Ltd. Unit-2

PPVPL Unit-2 was established as an extended manufacturing facility for the Parth group, adding an additional 7,300 sq. ft. of production space.

2021
Transformation
Establishment of Parth Poly Fusion Pvt. Ltd. and Appointment of New CEO – Mr. Megharth Menpara

Mr. Megharth Menpara joined Parth Group after completing his master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Germany. With his addition as the new CEO, Parth Group established Parth Poly Fusion Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant step in the Group’s expansion.

Mr. Kushal Parsaniya Joins Parth Group

Mr. Kushal Parsaniya joined the Parth Group after completing his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and Product Design. He brings a fresh vision to the company, driving its growth across various sectors and contributing to the development of several new products in the pipeline.

Milestone
Inauguration of Parth Poly Fusion Pvt. Ltd. Factory

Parth Group inaugurated the factory space of over 100,000 sq. ft. for its new venture, Parth Poly Fusion Pvt. Ltd., in Ahmedabad. The facility is dedicated to the development of thermoplastic valves, butt-fusion, socket-fusion, compression, electro-fusion fittings and accessories made from various thermoplastic materials.
